Introduction to Detachable Flexible Energy-Saving Insulation Cover for Valve, Pipe and Flange

Insulation sleeves for valves, pipes, and flanges are products designed according to customers' requirements for high and low temperature insulation and the energy-saving requirements of valves, pipes, and flanges in various industries. They effectively solve problems such as insulation of insulation pipes, insulation of elbows, sliding lubrication, exposed pipe ends, waterproofing and anti-corrosion at bends in various pipeline projects such as heating, cooling, thermal power, electric power, and chemical engineering. They can achieve the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.

How to achieve good energy-saving insulation for equipment components has become an important issue for enterprises at present. Because the heat energy consumption of the entire equipment components, the time and materials consumed in replacing components, and the losses caused by untimely replacement have become problems that cannot be ignored. According to calculations, the heat emitted by an exposed DN50 valve at 300℃ every year is equivalent to the heat generated by burning one ton of fuel oil. There are tens of thousands of valves in petrochemical plants, and the quality of their insulation directly affects the energy consumption and economic benefits of the plants. However, in recent years, with the continuous increase of high-sulfur and high-acid crude oil, the corrosion problem of equipment and pipelines has become increasingly prominent. For this reason, Sinopec has specially formulated the "Management Regulations on Strengthening the Corrosion Inspection Work of Refining Units" and the "Regulations on Thickness Measurement Management of Equipment and Pipelines in Units Processing High-sulfur and High-acid Crude Oil", requiring fixed-point and regular thickness measurement of industrial pipelines. Since most pipelines are not insulated or use traditional one-piece insulation, fixed-point thickness measurement requires regular removal of the original insulation layer. Traditional one-piece insulation layers cannot be restored for reuse after removal, which requires the development of a new type of detachable soft energy-saving insulation cover insulation device that is easy to assemble and disassemble.
